Data we collect
Name, email, phone, billing address and order details, to process your purchase and send your tickets.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Google sign-in
If you continue with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
Newsletter
We only send news and offers if you tick the box at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention
Order data is kept as long as required by tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary (always on): a session cookie (`jabeh_sid`) for your ticket selection, checkout and sign-in, security tokens against cross-site requests, and a cookie that records your cookie choice. Your checkout details are kept in your browser tab until you close it.
Preferences (only with your consent): your language and your last chosen country/city.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The payment page loads Stripe, which may set cookies needed to prevent fraud. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Download or delete your data
Signed in under My tickets, you can download your data (orders and contact details) and ask us to delete it. Order and payment records we must keep under tax law are kept for the legal period with your contact details removed where possible.
